JOB 1: 

 Job Title: Experienced Engine Assembler (High Performance & Restoration) Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Engine Assembler to lead our high-performance builds. You will be responsible for taking machined blocks and assembling them into precision short blocks and complete turn-key engines. The ideal candidate is an expert in the GM LS platform but is also fluent in legacy American Muscle architectures (SBC/BBC). Note: This position focuses on assembly and verification. Heavy machining is handled by our internal machine center. Key Responsibilities: Precision Assembly: Build engines from the machined block up. Must be proficient in assembling Short Blocks, Long Blocks, and Complete Crate Engines. Platform Expertise: Modern: Expert knowledge of GM LS-Series (Gen III/IV, LS3, L92, Iron Block Truck engines). Classic: Versed in Small Block Chevy (350) and Big Block Chevy (454) builds. Dyno Operations: Manage the entire Dyno validation process. This includes mounting the engine, setting up sensors/harnesses, running break-in cycles, and conducting performance pulls. Quality Control: Verify all machined tolerances before assembly (bearing clearances, ring gaps, piston-to-wall) to ensure reliability. Versatility: Capable of working with both brand-new aftermarket parts and refurbished seasoned components for restoration builds. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional engine building experience. Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of LS and flat-tappet vs. roller cam setups for older V8s. Dyno Skills: Experience setting up and operating an engine dynamometer is highly preferred.

JOB 2:

Job Title: Entry-Level Engine Assembler / Shop Apprentice Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Assembler to join our team. This is a hands-on learning position where you will work alongside and learn from some of the best builders in the business. Key Responsibilities: Shop Support: Assist senior builders with engine prep, parts organization, and final packaging. Basic Assembly: Learn and perform basic assembly tasks under strict supervision. Preparation: Clean and prep engine blocks and components for assembly (masking, painting, chasing threads). Maintenance: Maintain a clinically clean shop environment—a critical requirement for high-performance engine building. Requirements: Passion: A genuine love for the automotive hobby and the horsepower industry Tools: Must own a basic set of hand tools (sockets, wrenches, screwdrivers) and be ready to use them. Attitude: Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to listen and learn. Punctuality: Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
